Kalash, born Kevin Valleray, has established himself as one of the most influential artists of his generation. Since his beginnings in underground sound systems in 2003, he has gone from strength to strength, fusing dancehall, reggae and rap sounds with disconcerting ease. With chart-topping tracks like Bando, Rouge et Bleu featuring Booba, and Mwaka Moon with Damso, he has won over a wide audience in France and abroad.

In 2010, Kalash released his first album alongside Daddy Mory, Paille and Saël, with production by DJ Gil, DJ Traxx, DJ Blue and Kross D. In 2012, he embarked on a tour while alternating between releasing singles and mixtapes. Three years later, he reached a turning point with Bando, a hard-hitting gangsta rap track which, combined with an album of the same name, reached the best-seller lists in France.

In 2019, the Strasbourg-born artist continued his ascent with the album Diamond Rock.His latest album , Tombolo, released in 2022, once again demonstrated his talent and ability to innovate.
