At the Dour Festival, we do everything we can to make the festival accessible to everyone!

That’s why we make sure that festival-goers with reduced mobility or disabilities can enjoy the festival just as much as everyone else.

We set up :

• a parking lot near the entrancereserved for holders of a parking card, disabled persons or persons with a proven disability. To access it, you must identify yourself via this form to receive a unique code enabling you to buy a ticket for the Accessibility parking lot.
  Nb. This parking lot is equipped with an adapted toilet.

For this parking lot, please follow :

• a welcome on arrival at the PMR parking lot ;

• adapted toilets on the festival site ;

• from adapted paths to stages and amenities ;

• 2 elevated stages to make the most of the concerts (on the Last Arena stage and under the Petite Maison dans la Prairie big top)

• an induction loop on the podium of the Last Arena main stage, provided by our partner Veranneman ;

• Accessibility Camping, an adapted with the necessary amenities: electricity (on demand to recharge your wheelchair or in the case of respirators to be plugged in), adapted toilets and showers, a fridge to store medication.
  Nb: Those wishing to spend the night at the “Accessibility camping” must purchase a Regular Camping ticket.
  No motorized vehicles (vans, mobile homes, etc.) are allowed on the festival grounds or campsites.

• a team of support staff that you can call on to help you

• an info point at the Accessibility camping

The contents of these e-mails, as well as any attachments, are kept by Dour Festival and 3D Asbl in order to better organize accessibility facilities.

Your data will only be used to respond to your request. Furthermore, we will not disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent. You can always ask to consult your data or have them deleted by sending an e-mail to the Dour Festival e-mail address (privacy@dourfestival.eu). To ensure adequate service, we will keep your data for up to 6 months after the event.
